Had a lung surgery earlier this year and got back recently to lifting. I lifted for a good while before surgery. I am still skinny but i am regaining muscle fast with muscle memory. This is my current physique.

Yes a bit i am using a little bit now but very low dose and only 3 weeks in i am going to up the dose and stack compounds to bulk up in the next 2 weeks

I had lung surgery in april. I was 190 lbs before surgery. Now i regained some weight a'd i am 180lbs.my goal is 210 lbs. My wrist is pretty small bro i don't know exactly.
