posting daily updates until i fix my shit n look good

day 1:

cardio/outside: ✅
lifting (arms today): ✅
ate healthy: ❌ (i ate alot though)
8+ hours of sleep: ❌

other stuff:
im just gonna post this stuff daily for like motivation ig
also reccomend other stuff i should be doing and to put onto the list
 
cardio and lifting are cope man
