Dermaroller for eyebrow growth?

I am looking forward to grow my eyebrows thicker,first I thought about using minioxidil,but heard that it causes very dry skin,and heart problems. How about dermaroller?

I'm not sure how mixodil works exactly, but wouldn't the dry skin only be in the areas where you use it? Cause dry eyebrow skin in a period wouldn't be too bad to handle. But I don't know if it has other effects.

I wouldn't worry too much about the heart problems if you are young and healthy, and only planning to use it on eyebrow area. It's not even prescreption, and it'll be used in very small amounts.
