I've consulted a handful of surgeons in my state (not saying where) and its $19k for a rhino alone, let alone cantho on top of that

Rhino, yes. US surgeons are pretty dog shit at Rhino, there's maybe a couple in the country I would have trusted to do my nose. Turkey produces superior results for a fraction of the price. You'll just have to do a lot of research to find a good surgeon for male noses.
