There is currently no conclusive evidence to suggest that creatine directly increases the production of human growth hormone (HGH) in the body. Creatine primarily functions in the cellular energy system, aiding in the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) during short bursts of intense physical activity. On the other hand, HGH is a peptide hormone produced by the pituitary gland that plays a role in growth, metabolism, and various physiological processes.

While some studies have investigated the potential effects of creatine on hormonal responses to resistance exercise, the evidence is not consistent. Some studies suggest a potential increase in certain hormones, including growth hormone, in response to resistance training with creatine supplementation, while others do not show a significant effect.

It's important to note that even if there are some acute changes in hormone levels in response to creatine and exercise, it doesn't necessarily mean that these changes translate into long-term muscle growth or other performance benefits. The relationship between creatine and hormone levels is complex, and more research is needed to fully understand the mechanisms involved.

If your goal is to increase muscle mass or enhance athletic performance, creatine is generally recognized as a safe and effective supplement, particularly for activities that involve short bursts of high-intensity effort. However, if you are specifically interested in promoting HGH release, it's essential to focus on factors such as proper nutrition, adequate sleep, and engaging in regular, intense physical activity, as these factors can influence natural hormone production. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or concerns.

It definitely increases GH, amount will probably vary but yeah you can expect to add more water weight, that’s how GH works buddy, if you want more GH you will need to accept more water retention anyway, doesn’t matter where you get it from, MK 677 will help you burn more calories too but you’re gonna be significantly hungrier so it balances out
