My personal experience is yes, it does
 
Starvation indeed does increase cortisol levels.
 
intermittent fasting doesn't really count as starving though does it
not eating when you want to eat = starving
"fasting" is a trendy less dramatic name

hunger doesn't necessarily equate to starvation tbh, I try to look at things through a caloric window
 
Yes, not enough to affect collagen though unless you constantly starve yourself.
