20 wasted years for me. I’ll go gym for a few months, drop it. Try drawing for 20 min, drop it. Study for a week, get decent grade then back to being an ugly empty life incel. Fuck is wrong with me. Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck

one thing that helped me is called “spending as much time on the field as possible” try to go to places where there is a lot of people around your age, and just do what ever you normally do in your room there. all in all just try to spend as little time possible in ur room like only eat and sleep there
