this is facepulling, not mewing.
you need to keep the bite strognly closed in order to make the mandible grow at the same speed of the maxilla.

The patient strongly bites an appliance which is pulled forward. As you can see keeping the teeth closed is necessary to make the mandible grow alongside the maxilla.

You should have used wire to connect the appliance to the elastic band. The nail is too thick to make the user close the teeth

Then i'l just mew 24/7 and facepull for a minute like every 10 minutes and bonesmash with mouthguard on while taking GH releasing peptides as I am doing heightmaxx stack anyway. Right now my main priority is heightmaxx after that I'll work on facemaxx but that doesn't mean i won't be hard mewing 24/7, facepulling and bonesmashing anyway. Time to ascend to 8 PSL
