you need to put more polimer/monomer in the gums that surrounds the last teeth (molars or wisdom if you have them), because it's the part that holds the whole force.
if you have run out of autopolimerizable resin (aka monomer and polymer), you may buy fingernail resin which is way cheaper

Yes, but the face puller appliance will guarantee your maxilla comes forward, and not your alveolar ridge. Meaning the teeth move instead of the actual maxilla.

example from italian amazon
example from ebay.co.uk

some cheaper rotary tools are designed for fingernails and they work too.

I dont have the money actually , and i can make it without dremel to br honest , first time i failed bc of szparator and too much acrylic on the teeths , second time i failed bc of a too violent movement while trying to remove the appliance from the mold.

Also i tryed to put the appliance in ly moûth , and holly shit it feel very very bad , i was at the limit of throwing up.

I get no bitches coming to me so probably sub 5; but imo (IDK if I’m coping or not) it’s cuz I haven’t really tried. I dress like I just woke up everytime I leave the dorm, I’m 225 now (215 last month) and got a pedo looking mustache. I’m getting MSE + MSDO at the end of may; it was in March but it got delayed because of MSDO. The summer I’m really going hard with Soft and light HardMaxxing. Going to 165 then starting to lean Bulk. 10% BF Goal with discipline. Supplementing and GH Hormones during and after MSE/MSDO, FacePulling, UE Fat Grafting, DermaStamping for lower hairline, skin care routine, Invisalign, eyebrow transplant. 1 inch height insoles to make myself 6’4” so in your opinion what would my PSL be post all of this
