I don't have bloodwork but when I at 6-10 eggs daily I felt like superman like something in my blood was boiling and I wanted to unleash it to fight to the death

Great, but why did you leave that diet , with 6-10 eggs per day if it made you feel so good?

I was eating 3k-4k calories a day with this diet 10 large eggs are 1200 cal and i eat it in 10min and am hungry in 30min again but it's insane for putting on size ngl I only trained 2/3 times per week back then and i was getting massive ill try it again soon

Yes I have (for a couple months) and it didn’t help me at all. I got tested and my cholesterol was too high also it was the shittiest period of my training (I do calisthenics and I lost my full planche back then). Problems went away when I stopped. BUT I attribute all this to some kind of an individual problem or genetic predisposition of mine and I would encourage you to try for yourself but beware.

They have choline which is good for bile flow but apart from that they arent that special. Milk gelatin and cheese are the best protein sources.

i eat 12 boiled eggs daily.
maybe you will fart really smelly.
doing this last 1.5 years egg is good cheap protein stuff that i can afford.
