Don't do low fat, do medium fat, it's need for hormones n skin, even if Ur on high calorie it's good for thyroid function it increase hormone production

I'd do 100g-120 of protein, 60min of fat and the rest in carb with like 200cal surplus

Somewhat misleading and not entirely true in my opinion, but interesting take.

"Goy-Slop" such as highly processed foods ( you referenced fast food and soda ) while they would spike insulin, they are not the most ideal way to do this. The mechanism of action you described as your reasoning was the insulin spikes causing igf1 spikes. You dont have to eat disgustingly unhealthy food to achieve that, like fast food and soda would not be most optimal, and could cause obesity which would stop growth altogether. Generally people who eat that diet are obese and short. Best course of action is to eat very liberally with lots of deserts but not heavily processed goy slop. Ex a proper main course with lots of protein followed by a calorie dense dessert like cake.

in crhistmas and new year i overdose in sugar because of pepsi and cakes. In both of them i grew 3cm height. but then i turned back to normal so idk if its permanent change
 
Might be true. I ate like crap as a kid and I mean goyslop multiple times a week. I ended up 6’3. I think it’s mostly genetics.

I ate decent all my teenage years, lots and lots of protein, I am 6f5. Father 6'2, mother 5'8.

If lots of carbs was the answer then curries and ricecell would not be manlets. Same with american indians who were taller than whites during the colonial era and ate tons of protein and almost no carbs.

People are tallest under the western goyslop diet. Sure, a high starch/sugar, dairy, and protein diet would probably be even better, but it's better than any healthy diet out there as far as height is concerned. Asian and African immigrants who have diaspora children in the West eating goyslop grow several standard deviations above their height in their own countries. McDonaldsmaxx, guzzle soda, and eat fried chicken wings until you become insulin resistant for height. Eating muh healthy diet of salmon, whole grains, raw meat, vegan, whatever, it would have made you SHORTER THAN GOYSLOP.

Nowadays, people that eat a lot of protein are generally gymbros who distrust carbs and worship keto, and people who eat lots of carbs (actual high carb foods, like bread and rice) tend to be vegans and vegetarians who are against meat or immigrant Asians who don't eat much meat anyway.

Dummy carnivores usually advocate for raw milk consumption for non adults. Thus you get the IGF-1 benefits even more through that. Plus carnivore gives you optimal amino acids for growth
