Make an ebay account and start there. Making a few sales and making some money will provide positive reinforcement and give you some motivation to do other stuff.

This is SO TRUE. You sound like your a loser but I'm around ppl making 10k-100k a month everyday and a lot of these dudes just want a normal life. It's much easier to get a high paying job then getting a consistent 10k a month

You might be able to open an ebay seller account with just a bank account. I don't know. If not, aren't there banks in Germany that will provide you with a Visa debit card?

In the US it doesn't. You just have to put like $100 in the account and they give you a debit card which functions as a Visa card.
