Eye Area: How to fix?

I'm searching for advice on how I can fix, and help my eye area. I lack fat on eye support, as you can see by the dark circles.

And have NCT, as you see.

Would, Infra + Supra be enough? Or soft tissue work is needed? I got told I have a downturned lateral canthus but neutral hooding.

I know. But what procedure would be the best bet?

There's ptosis for UEE
OD for bug eyes - doesn’t seem my case
Cantoplasthy / pexy - NCT
Bleph - sagging eyes
Infra - under eye support
Supra - browridge

start with the most fundamental and important ones (based on your biggest flaws); wait for a while and see how your eyes change; based on that, proceed

Under eye and NCT so?

The thing is, while they raise eyelid, I have seen opinions mixed regarding saddled infras (and supra on top) to create more deep set eyes.

Like I seen a guy after swelling did go back to his original eye shape kinda.

They can be revisioned and are more custom compared to soft tissue, so I prefer that.

I’m doing malar implany and fat removal combined.
