I turn 22 on June 23rd. My leanmaxing journey will be over and I will just have to maintain the leanness. I eat one meal a day. Low-carbohydrate diet. Physical activity goes without saying.
After it's over, I will maintain the leanness by eating two meals a day, staying on the low-carbohydrate diet, and exercising. I'm with extra free time to lose a lot of weight until my birthday. Can't believe it's finally coming to an end, but I'm glad it is.
