After decades of being 4/10, trying to be normie, working hard for things that normal people have for granted, I'm fucked up in the head now. I'm stressed 24/7, I can't sleep, I'm thinking about things that other people don't care about etc. I ascended in being in even deeper shit than before instead of ascending in something positive. 1 FUCKING YEAR is enough to go from slightly positive mental state to being deep in some serious shit where you can't even function - over as fuck boys.
