- do some cardio exercise while you breath with your nose, this way you will expand the airways, which push the jaw forward
evening:
- 50 seconds of hardmewing (as hards as you feel pain)
- bonemashing on chin
- chewing: chew for some minute two Chisells (or any gummy object as hard as Chisell)
