Capable of and willing to do hardmaxxes.
I've been natty lifting on and off (due to sports injury) for about 6 months, effectively.
Plus I have anterior pelvic tilt.

Age: 17
Height: 179 cm
Weight: 80 kg
Bf: 24%
Size: 15 cm

Will post again after leanmaxxing to a bf <= 15%. Wanted to gauge my starting point.

Current softmaxxes (besides from the most basic, like moisturising or drinking water):
- Natty lifting, 6 months
- 0.05% Retinol, 3 months
- 500 kcal deficit cut on HPMCMF, no sugar and consistent sodium intake, 1 month
- Supplement-maxxed, 1 month

Specific Questions (feel free to point out any other flaw)

Honestly. Not that bad. Leanmaxx hard and idk about your hair.

I regret not having had this site at your age. I’m 26 now, sadly

Uhh anyway. IMO you have very bloated face, I guess you don’t exercise a lot? Do you know if there’s sufficient bones underneath your face ?

I would look into fillers and buccal fat removal, maybe also a nose-job (that’s what I will do soon) but don’t take my word for it, don’t want it to be my fault if you hate result. If you do these procedures I’d be interested to hear about it :feelsokman:

definite bones you can tell mtn right now but i could see htn or even chadlite if the facial fat goes in the right way you just have a bad haircut and kind of a small nose but leanmax first definitely, you will do fine if you are not going for White bitches

lose bodyfat before considering surgery, stay consistent with the gym, cut off that insane y2k hair And get a mid part (thinning hair is another thing u need to address

Biggest failos right off the bat: nose, bloat and hairstyle.

You have a nice profile. Masc leaning Asians are underrated imo.

You got the potential to ascend hard, but ultimately you gotta work for it.

What is this "over in the west" bullshit I see everytime? For actual good looking ethnics it's a halo, cause it's rare.

He's a decent looking masc leaning Asian and that's a rare pheno.
 
Strong points:
- wide neck
- excellent hair
- good jawline
- good muscle development
- good skin tone
- good lips

Weak points:
- high body fat
- high face fat
- hair looks oily
- negative canthal tilt

Overall score: 5.8/10

hit the gym. I feel you can experiment with different haircuts, but don't go crazy. I believe you have good facial bone development, but your face fat covers it.

Insane bones tho, leanmaxx and bleachmaxx asap, you have a great base.

Also where are u from?
 
Softmaxxing:
- Cut down to a lower body fat, around 12 percent and then slowly bulk up, focusing on developing lats, chest, arms and delts. You can also train obliques and midsection to give it a more defined look
- If you are losing hair, take a drug to stop any further hair loss, I would suggest fin or RU.
- Keep going with skin care that seems to help.
- Consider tattoos, that might help complement you. Depends on the look you’re going for
- Train obliques as well so you can improve your hip to waist ratio.
Hardmaxxing:
- HGH or Mk-677 with CJC-1295. This will help with your frame and might induce for growth. Clavicles grow until 25.
-PEDs, will help build a top tier physique.
- Maybe Rhino for a smaller nose.
- if you have the money, implants for your jaw and or midface.

- Aim for a sort of Jon Skywalker look or Chris heria look. You have a good base so use it wisely!

If you have good androgen receptors in your shoulders, taking roids could induce lots of growth.

rhino, leanmaxxing, and eyebrow shaping / maxxing and you should be chang.. if those don't work, reincarnationmaxx.

I'm 5'10 and have an average frame. I don't believe there's a point in doing this unless you have proportionally short shoulders and are tall. Having shoulders of a 6'2 guy at 5'10, if possible, will look silly.

Well not necessarily. You will just have a larger frame to most people who are 5’10. You can be a 5’10 framelet or frame mogger. I think of frame as horizontal height jfl.

Illustrate this. I think this advice is good for >6' maxxers. At my height, if I do get into a relationship it's not my frame that's the reason.
