Guys I got a question about get blocked on Instagram

If I insult someone and start attacking them on an alt

And they block for me and all I accounts I may have (aka all the accounts on my phone get blocked including my main)

if the person notices that my main was blocked and they don’t remember blocking it

Would it give away that I was the alt that was attacking them
