So we all know, Before considering gymcelling, you need to have atleast these 3 things
1 - Tall """minimum""" 5'9plus
2 - good shoulder to waist ratio 1.5 plus , And
3 - (This one can actually serve as a halo )
Good muscle insertions to be aesthetic, so for difference this is what good and bad muscle insertions looks like only chest for example)
Which brings me to this question, so you don't actually need that much muscle like above to slay??, can you actually gymcel from home yk with minimal equipment? Like pull up bar, adjustable dumbells, adjustable bench.
