I’ve taken it for 3 months, my cheekbones have gained a little more mass/became more prominent, I had a tiny hole in my tooth that is now almost completely filled as well.
Maybe contributed to a very minute amount of growth but I doubt it

I took a shit ton of vitamins, the only ones that would of had any effect on bone would of been d3 calcium and possibly mk 677

600 mg but I drink a SHIT ton of milk and cheese, I probably get 2500 mg calcium a day and 2000 IU of d3
