Has anyone on this site ever reached below 10%bf

I'm currently around 14-15% body fat, how much of a difference does it make to your face if you go under 10%? Post before and after pics

it depends on your bones to begin with. im at 10% bf and i dont have a super defined face cuz of subhuman bones

you should have good bones at 10-12% if not then its ogre for u

Still better than u would look at 15%, cuz bones prominence is everything
