How are my muscles insertions and frame now

Yeah i need to bench press instead dumbell press maybe my form is bad that's why i am lacking chest or the insertions are Just fucked

Work abs way more, you probably already heard this though.
Abs will always be a weakness for you relative to your other body parts because you have a long torso + short chest.
I also expect that you could develop chest very quickly since in terms of space it is short.

If you first want to look good in a shirt focus on chest and arms because chest projection will show while you wear a shirtless.
If you want shirtless focus more on abs but realize they will be one of your slower muscle groups.
with time you should aim for all to be good but this is just some thoughts.
Also with time i think you could lose some hip size by losing fat since i think there is some love handles making your hips wider.
Also another thing is if u work obliques it could make ur waist as wide as your hips. Could look good or not tbh idk

below avg frame tbh but it's not that bad
muscles look good so keep training
not hard to have an above avg physique in 2020

Keep bulking. Don’t give up too soon and go on a cut, you’d have to bulk again if you do that. Cut only when you feel too fat and strong.
Yes i Will bulk till march not earlier nobody wees me this years so no problem being higher bf

Wouldn't sweat it, could be worse. Will still look good with sufficient mass/leanness
Not even bad imo, just not anything super good.
