I'm a 500 pound dude that can barely walk, my life can't get much worse. I'm a slave to food, I love food more than I love myself.
I haven't seen my penis in privacy 8 years, I'm bigger now than I've ever been, I have trouble sleeping, I don't take care of myself, I probably have untreated diabetes sugar controls my life 110%, and I basically have to play games for a living that I fucking hate.
And nothing fucking works.
I did a weightloss bootcamp with my friend for a month, gained it all back.
I had a personal weight loss trainer, and that didn't work.
I walked a mile a day for a few months, gained all the weight back.
I was on ozempic and other weight loss drugs and those didn't work.
I even got a surgery and failed that too.
