Give it time and focus on something that will bring your confidence up, I fixed it by going to the gym

I used to want to know the answer to this, I didnt realize it but I was just a huge degenerate, but now I dont care to socialize because I didnt want more socialization I wanted a purpose and life. What you need to do is figure out a strict schedule, workout, become christan, become a nazi, follow this guide by me, figure out how to make money ethically, before I was christan I tried an unethical route so did my brother and you will not like it trust me

then socialization will not require effort and will come naturally
