How long do you workout at the gym?

I'm at the gym like 30 minutes but I usually just walk around, do couple sets, look at girls and leave.

You guys who workout hard, how long you're in there?

30 min once a week atm

It's only 3 times a week I just make sure to do all the compound movements first.

1 hr atm since ive just got back into it. come may ill go back to 1 hr and 30 minutes
 
Working out more than 3 hours a week is cope, less is more for natural lifters.
 
I do an upper lower split and workout for an hour five times a week. Three upper, two lower. I also do some metabolic conditioning for ten to fifteen minutes four times a week.

cope, for naturals frequency > everything. muscle protein synthesis is not as elongated as roided people so you need to give more frequent stimuli to not miss out on gains

Is it now? You should try doing full body every day if you truly believe that.
Ensuring that you recover fully is more important.
Frequency is important too but as long as you are hitting each muscle group 2x a week you are good.

Training full body 2x a week is the truth, gymcels just don't want to accept it because it means they'll be in the gym less often and gymcelling is their only hobby.

nah, fully body 3x a week is optimal. i do push pull leg
