Literally eating 0 calories is fucking retarded. You're supposed to eat at a caloric deficit.

You deserve whatever negative consequences happen as a result of literally starving your body of any calories.

BB forum back in the day said that your body will not wanna lose weight/fat because it thinks it's starving. So it will try to hold onto fat reserves as much as possible. I don't know how true this is, but you aren't gonna get sustainable results from literally starving yourself.
