How much time do you spend on night skincare routine

I spend like crazy 45 mins

1 i brush my teeth /
2 wash my face
3 ice my face
4 apply moisturizer
5 tret
6 minox
Take vit d and ashwagandha
Pop some sleeping pills
This takes crazy amount of time and I'm feeling that I'm wasting my time here. Is there a way to make it fast. Btw I don't look myself in the mirror and do it slow but still it's a lot

i try to keep jewish chemical intake as low as possible

+ i dont smell cuz i wash my armpits and dick daily
