How the fuck am I preventing pimples after dermarolling?

It seems like after I dermaroll, the next day I get one or two pimples out of nowhere. It pisses me off because I use alcohol to disinfect my face and the dermaroller but it’s still happening.

Not to say that I can barely see any benefits tbh lol

You probably need a stronger antiseptic on the dermaroller, wear gloves, don't cross contaminate, and any other pimples are probably just gonna come up anyway.
