So you want stop being autist that worries about everything. To do this you need to rewire your brain. Each time you act low inhib your brain will get used to it.
That’s why most of the chads and women are low inhib - they were getting positive feedback since they were born.
Here are the things you can do:
(some of them might not work for truecels but if you are one then it’s over anyway)
1. Learn martial arts
Water, knowing that you can beat up a guys if the fight breaks gives you confidence. I don’t advise you to actively seek fights though because that’s dumb. Don’t do heavy sparring to avoid CTE. Recommendations: Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ
1b. Get a weapon

You should carry something to defend yourself which is a gun in US or something like pepper spray / baton / sock n lock in the EU.
2. Learn dancing
Water again, there is a reason every noble used to learn how to fight and dance. If are high inhib there is 99% chance you hate this activity and thinking about it makes you uncomfortable.
If you want to go to a class I suggest:
- hip hop for solo dancing as it will help you at clubs and parties the most
- bachata for pair dance because it’s close contact, popular and 75% of people goes there to hook up anyway. Warning: don’t grab random girls butt during your first class if you are not a chad.
3. Go clubbing
Not everyone’s cup of tea but you should try anyway. Ofc you are low inhib which means you go on the dancefloor and dance mogg all the akward guys that came there wearing shirts .
4. Talk to randoms
But do this when you’re going about your day, don’t actively seek this like some PUA course training activity
Examples:
- you see guy walking with a dog and it comes to you - make some comment
- food that you ordered is good / shit - say it
- barber gives you shit haircut - tell him instead of going home and not saying anything
5. Body language
- no virgin walk - keep your head straight, chest forward never step away from your path, if the other person doesn’t shoulder bump, remember point 1.
- take up space, yadda yadda yadda, water
- act slow, no fidgeting and random movements
- when you greet a mtb+ female acquaintance go for cheek kiss
6. Try new things in life, face your fears
- see an escort
- try drugs (don’t become an addict)
- traveling
- street racing
- proceed with your hardmaxx surgery
- ask for a raise at work / change companies
- scam someone
- get a tattoo
