How to cut down bodyfat from bulking

So lets say you've been working at the gym for 6 months lean bulking in the meanwhile, how could you remove the excess fat and go to 12% bodyfat while still maintaining most of your muscles?
 
Eat protein
Less carbs
Hiit
Maybe roids
 
Keep working out and cut out the carbs/fat/sugar

he has to be in a caloric deficit to lose the fat and caloric deficit means he'll also lose muscle.

he wants to keep his gains
 
Add cardio, lower carbohydrate intake, up protein intake (tilapia filets are high asf in protein, basically zero fat), yohimbine hcl

It's the best book on muscle building I've ever read, and I've read alot of them because I'm a loser with nothing else to do.
 
Maintain your strength while going on a slight caloric deficit and do a slow cut (no more than 1lb of fat lost per week)

Also, you never need to bulk to make progress, bulking doesn't make you gain more muscle faster, it makes you gain more fat faster. It's only worth it to bulk if you are underweight (lower than 10-12% body fat) or if being at 12% prevents you from recovering from your workouts.

HGH, salbutamol+caffeine. If using roids then oxandrolone kills the fat the fastest. Eat mostly protein, carbs on training days and around workouts.
