Obviously one of the major factors that make these men even seem attractive at all is due to their jaw (excluding Meeks' eye area)

A common aspect that all of these jaws have is that somewhere along the frontal profile there is a dip in the jaw that comes back out again at the chin. This is what i will refer to as the concavity of the jaw

It seems like this is achieved by having seperation between the chin and the jaw body

Here it looks like timothee doesnt have a very wide/broad chin, but his jaw comes in at a narrow enough angle in relation to his chin where his chin creates the concavity regardless of if his chin is average or broad.

jeremy and connor also have some seperation between their chins and the jaw body, but there is one distinct difference: THE WIDE STRONG CHIN

Having a tall ramus and a chin so broad that it comepletey outshoots the shape of your jaw is probably your best bet.
It also helps to have flared gonians to really bring out that concave effect:

For people who lack flared gonians, a tall ramus and a wide chin, your best bet is to get a wrap-around OR mandibular angle implants and a chin implant.

Genio for widening chin is challenging so id stay away for now.

Wrap arounds have a tendency to look uncanny so id also stay away from that.

Get mandibular angle implants shaped properly that work IN PROPORTION TO YOUR NECK WIDTH!!!! (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO NOT GO OVERBOARD!!!!!!)
and get a good widening chin implant.
specifically tell your surgeon the look you want to go for. best to use custom implants if u can

if you want to look like the morph of opry just for the ogee curve get high zygo implants + 10% bf or buccal fat removal.

im not sure about the relevant costs of these things, but id assume for the entire ascension including the custom mandibular angle implants and custom chin implant (excluding zygo implants) it would cost like 15-20k.

It's called antegonial notch , which gives that sort of concave jaw appearance , bicycle jaw as it's called in normie circles , even though it's a sign of slight mandibular recession imo it's giga aesthetic, i gotta cut weight to pop it even more tbh

Problem is that usually if you do the surgery to lower the angle of the mandible, it looks comical because you have to readjust the midface ratio/zygo and top of the skull to make it proportional. And it's impossible

That's true. It's hard to make that part look decent

do ppl get this in genio before after?

Do you speak English bro I can't understand that wording
in before and after pics of ppl who had genioplasty, do they get this concave jaw characteristic?

That’s not an antegonial notch. That’s a completely different thing

That kind of jaw is caused because of antegonial notches and low bf%

My jaw is like this because I already had a decent chin and just did fillers into gonions. I personally think it looks more striking than a "normal" jaw especially with sunken cheeks.

Antogonial notch only affects the side profile and the only example you showed that has one is somerhalder. The curve that op is talking about comes from having a concavity in the middle mandible. You can see this if you look at a persons jaw from a Birds Eye view. It tapers into the chin by going inwards at the middle of the mandible and back out towards the chin.
