you need to get diagnosed with adhd, do a urine test, talk with some specialists and then you'll finally get the drugs. This is how it works in Sweden at least, guessing Denmark should be more or less the same.

maybe, 50/50. Not possible to do online. You need to get diagnosed by a shrink. Vårdcentral would be the first step.

Or wouldn't they prescribe amphetamines for autism in Sweden? I've got citizenship in Sweden but folkbokförd in Denmark, so I could do it in either Denmark or Sweden.

I don't think it's as simple as to say "I've got ADHD". You've got to get in depressed, then explain signs of ADHD, then try 5 different medications before getting dextroamphetamine. (at least that is what I believe, perhaps different in the US). And why would they do a heart analysis?

idk about other countries but they did one for me, try saying youre depressed bla bla bla and bring up adhd symptoms but never say "i think i got adhd" do everything you can to make them believe you got it

Yeah, I defo won't straight up say "I think I've got ADHD, that's what every drug "wanter" would say". Either way, do you live in the US? Getting vyvanse / addy is muuuuch easier ovah there.

no im a eurocel like you, im not sure if the procedure is the same across all of europe, i have dual citizenship in Croatia and France, i got my meds in france where basically they referred me to a psychiatrist for a check-up, all I did was present one new adhd symptom at every appointment, after five weeks they did a heart analysis/general health check, its a slow procedure but its worth it, after this theyll start on the lowest dose (20mg for me) and schedule appointments every week to see if it's effective, just tell them it doesn't work every time for me they're still increasing my dose every week, but don't go too far

Good advice. How long did it take for you? Are you on dextroamphetamine, Elvanse? If I'm not misstaken, the dextroamphetamine used in Sweden is Elvanse, where the lowest dose is 30mg. What dose are you on now, and how is the renewal process?

i was on ritalin but now i’m on Elvanse (because i kept saying ritalin don’t work) , for the renewal here it’s every week, they give you a paper they call it « secure prescription » basically it’s a normal prescription with a special paper, you will need to take one pharmacy and you can’t change it afterwards, if you are one day late the pharmacy will remove one dose, right now i’m on 50mg but i think i’ll switch back to ritalin, its not working

my psychiatrist said some people (20% i think) just don’t feel anything, i don’t remember if it was for ritalin or elvanse but ig its the same, for the prescription i see her every week ( monday ) but this is temporary they’ll do that until the dose is working for you
