like this forum has fucked me over for like the last month since i have joined i start my day well , with studying clock hits 3 hour time for me to shower i just end up hyperanalysing my face and then end up on downspiral eating like shit and cooming 5 times and its regular it has gone out of hand. how to get of this loop
