If you are too lazy for the gym then don't expect anything. It is really that simple. If you want results you have to work for them,

Caloric Deficit, 1-1.5g of protein per lb of BW (more since you’re trying to cut), train 5-6x a week, each set till failure and no reps in reserve, shave the hair off your body for definition, get a fake tan

If you wanna speed it up even faster then diuretics

If you want to put on muscle, then you have to go to the gym and eat in a caloric surplus while eating 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. If you want to lose fat, then you need to eat in a caloric deficit, while eating high fat foods, and cutting carbs to kill your appetite. Caffeine helps too, but it has to be black coffee.
 
losing weight wont help you im 183 and i weigh 75 in the morning and i look like shit you need to gain some weight at first place start eating more protein buy a protein powder if your lazy

Probably because you have too much fat and too little muscle. I’m 75 fasted in the morning and I look good and I have a similar height to you
