How to not throw up on leg days?

Everytime I hit legs I get really nauseous even with low rep ranges and long rest times. Tried both with/without pre, not sure which is better. Any other tips?

same happened to me, dropped pwo completely and it helped.
drink enough water during the day, eat decently everyday and sleep.
what does your leg routine look like?

could also be a bloodflow issue or too much water during workout.
 
try taking electrolytes beforehand like salt, potassium, and magnesium. also heard a lot of ppl faint at the gym bc they forget to breathe/arent doing it properly
 
Eat less
I only threw up the first time I hit legs
Every time after it got much easier but that's probably cuz i don't gaf about big legs and just want normal ones so I train them with less intensity
 
Are you really out of shape?
