how do niggas drink 4 L a water of day , i can barely drink 1 fucking L in a good day

maybe cuz the first thing when i wake up is to drink a energy drink instead to drink water

Increase the salt intake to get more thirsty
I drink about 3.7 litres a day on average it helps
