I used to eat high protein diet for months then later recently I have been eating more carbs heavy diet, let me tell you what I have noticed.


With high protein diet I was
Stronger
Have more energy
Muscles gained faster and looks fuller
No postprandial hypotension due to slower gastric emptying from less splanch blood pooling


With high carbs diet I have been
Sluggish
Hungry more often
Have less energy
Muscles gained harder
Very bad postprandial hypotension that I even pass out




Back to eating real man food again it seems

i got insta sleepy asf in the middle of the day after eating a large bowl of cereal due to insulin shock :feelskek:
