I go to the gym and lift hard just to go home and eat overeat and gain weight

Why is that whenever I start lifting I end up eating hella food when I get home? Tf kind of Jewish tactic those gyms are doing to me? Why is that when I don’t go to the gym I end up being a lot more leaner as supposed to going to the gym.

Because when you lift weights it tears down your muscles so you need more protein to rebuild them stronger lol and when you exercise you burn more calories so you get hungrier?

I’m tryna get cut but when I workout I end up putting on fat lol
 
There's no issue eating. Just don't eat sugars/ oil/ salt. Just eat lots of protein filled food and veggies
 
First you put on weight and then you cut down.
