Did you close your eyes???

I sit about 40 cm away. It's bright alot for eyes, I agree. Should not look into it. It's advice in general, to wear eye protector.
I "just" close my eyes, because I read in some studies that red light actually has posstive effects on eyes also.

Red light Therapy is well tested by researchers. It's extremely legit for skin, and even some other things.
Instead of waiting for some 1 person his opinion, when using it.
There is motherfucking dubble (if not triple) digits scientific studies done on this. Which showed consistently similar results. They even looked into the skin what happened with studies. So, LOL, just waiting on some opinion.

after reading about eyes, I now look like 1-2 minutes into the red light during muh session.

Yeah, I bought it online.
A panel.
I looked up the cheaper ones on aliexpress. that calmed was the 660nm - 8hundred something nm lights.
I think I payed like 40-50 usd including shippings,
