I have been going on a strict diet for 2 weeks, i need your advice

In 1 week i went from 106.2kg to 105.1kg on about 2600-2700 calorie diet (keep in mind im doing atleast 10-15k steps a day) going also to the gym . Even tho the kilograms are going down i dont see that much change in my body any at all. Should i reduce the calories to 2500-2400 . Im eating about 170-190g protein a day only Eggs, meat, skyr, nuts, vegatebles, fruits, oats nothing junk food, sleeping 8 hours a day and drinking about 4l of water. How much time will it take me to see results on the body or the face
 
thats mostly water fat in the first week
 
So should i countiniue with the same calories
yes most ppl give up in the first week and get that water weight back fast

after u lose water weight u start actually losing weight faster

eat raw meat and quit gym
