In 1 week i went from 106.2kg to 105.1kg on about 2600-2700 calorie diet (keep in mind im doing atleast 10-15k steps a day) going also to the gym . Even tho the kilograms are going down i dont see that much change in my body any at all. Should i reduce the calories to 2500-2400 . Im eating about 170-190g protein a day only Eggs, meat, skyr, nuts, vegatebles, fruits, oats nothing junk food, sleeping 8 hours a day and drinking about 4l of water. How much time will it take me to see results on the body or the face
