its nto really a looksmaxx but merely a heightmaxx since i was only heightpilled at the time due to mockery of my height for being 5'3 in 7th grade(my school was tall af and the measured average for my year was like 5'6 at the time).
i used to beg my mom to let me go swimming every weekend when i was 12(around end of school year) because i thought it would let me grow taller. i even autistically measured myself up against the height indicators near the pool and checked if i grown each time i went(a foid lifeguard saw me do this and cringed JFL). the following school year i grew 4-5 inches because i had a growth spurt but maybe swimming helped a bit.
