No man i am now 83 kgs which i was 91 kg 2.5 months ago my fat in belly has reduced so much
Thanks to walking and calorie deficit
 
All that east last 10 kgs impossible

Idk about rope jumping but yes cardio essential to maintain low body fat so 15min light jog 3-4 times a week usually works but it’s all about experimenting to see what works for you

Ye rope jumping also makes me tired its good form of cardio so can i replace it with walking
