Ideal diet and supplements

I determined this through getting the minimum amount of foods to cover all vitamins, and using a 2000 calorie diet with a 40:40:20 ratio
  • Fatty Fish: 12 oz cooked (around 4 slices)
  • Milk: 2 cups
  • Spinach: 4 cups
  • Tomato: 3 medium
  • Nuts: 1/4 cup
Supplements:
  • Magnesium
  • Vitamin D3 + Vitamin K3
  • Creatine Monohydrate
  • Fish Oil / Omega 3s
  • Probiotics (Fermented Food)

what would you add in if we burn 700+ cals a day excercising
 
The Vegan, or pescatarian diet is probably the best for both health and defining ones facial features
