I determined this through getting the minimum amount of foods to cover all vitamins, and using a 2000 calorie diet with a 40:40:20 ratio
- Fatty Fish: 12 oz cooked (around 4 slices)
- Milk: 2 cups
- Spinach: 4 cups
- Tomato: 3 medium
- Nuts: 1/4 cup
- Magnesium
- Vitamin D3 + Vitamin K3
- Creatine Monohydrate
- Fish Oil / Omega 3s
- Probiotics (Fermented Food)
