If your getting surgery you need to grow a beard before then shave it just before/ after

If you don't every one would be able to tell you had surgery this is most important for jaw surgery. you can just blame looking different on not having a beard. This might not work for rhinos but still might. Remember normies are retards they wouldn't think about how you look different for 2 seconds. You should also change hair cut/ get glasses anything natural that you can say changed your looks
