The eye area consists of the eyes themselves, eyebrows, eyelashes, and any other associated features within the perimeter. Genetics play a large part on your eye area and it's potential, keep that in mind.

Iris Colour
The color of the iris is determined by the amount of melanin in the iris.
Lighter eye colours are typically seen as better.

Positive (Class II) is typically seen as better.

Canthal Tilt
Canthal tilt can only be changed by surgery (lateral/medial canthoplasty)
Eye Depth
Eye depth can be changed by upper maxilla development and is mainly changed in puberty naturally or by surgery (maxillary advancement or maxillary osteotomy).
Eyelid Exposure
Eyelid exposure is affected by maxilla development and sleep, otherwise you can use eye serums for lower eye exposure (caffeine, vitamin C, vitamin A, hyaluronic, peptide, etc.) Surgery is a last resort (blepharoplasty).

Genetic, surgeries will give bad results.

Might update if this post goes well. I would include more advanced methods and possibly test and prove whether certain methods work. (This was just a guide for beginners)

You can write about ESR as well. I have exactly proportioned eye distance but due to wide zygos I’d actually be better off with widely spaced eyes as it lowered my ESR to 0.43-0.44.
