Idk what I did to piss god off but this seems like an ultimate punishment
>ED/borderline ED I barely get hard never wake up with mith morning wood and my dick never fills up with blood the gland(head) of my dick is almost numb and always cold went from 6 inches to like 5.5
>Face covered with horrible acne always had slightly bad acne but its worse at 21 then any point in my life by a signifcant margin.
>Chronic exhaustion all the time
>developed minor gyno not sure if this is from putting on 20 pounds or not.
Probably some other stuff too but I feel like shit haven't even left my bedroom in a year what is happening to me am I dying?
