If you are skinny fat then you should focus on training rather than diet. No cutting/bulking bs just strength training and boxing.Yeah me. i bulked from 120 to 150 and then tried to cut and at 130 I was still skinny fat just like I was at 120. I thought by bulking to 150 and then cutting I would be able to finally get lean without being underweight and having some extra muscle as a bonus . I’m 5’10 btw
