Is it a retarded idea to eat only 1000 kcals a day (mostly protein) for 5 months?

Assuming I supplement all my micronutrients
 
5 months is a bit long, but 2 weeks or so it's not a bad idea to quickly cut, if u gained a lot of excess weight.

I'm doing around that right now, cos I went a but crazy in USA and was eating around 4-5k cals a day, largely cos I was drinking around 10 drinks a day, mainly bourbon jfl

I'm want to lose 21 kg tho
 
I did it for 2 months with 2 refeed days/week (Maintenance)

And then done it a week every now and then

Lost 9/10kg since February
